Payment Instructions
How to pay manually by M-Pesa while online STK Push is being prepared.
Current payment method
Liyoh currently supports manual M-Pesa payment. Automated STK Push may be introduced later.
How to pay
At checkout, confirm your order total, send payment to the Paybill/Till shown on the checkout page, and use the displayed account label or order details as instructed.
M-Pesa reference
Enter your M-Pesa confirmation code at checkout if available. If you submit the order before entering the code, the pharmacy team may contact you to confirm payment.
Payment verification
Orders remain pending until payment is verified by admin. Once verified, the payment status can be marked as paid and the order can proceed to preparation, dispatch, or pickup.
Incorrect amount or wrong reference
If you pay the wrong amount or enter the wrong reference, contact support immediately with your order number, phone number, amount paid, and M-Pesa confirmation code.
Do not share your M-Pesa PIN
Liyoh will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, mobile banking password, or private security code.
Payment disputes
Payment disputes are reviewed against M-Pesa confirmation details, order records, customer contact details, and pharmacy admin logs.
