Description Flatameal-DS Suspension 200ml contains aluminium hydroxide gel USP, magnesium hydroxide BP, and simethicone USP. This combination provides relief from dyspepsia, hyperacidity, gastric and duodenal ulcers. It is also indicated for flatulence, abdominal distention, and windy colic.
