Description Jamieson Melatonin with Magnesium pairs 5 mg of melatonin with 150 mg of elemental magnesium to support sleep and relaxation in one tablet. The melatonin helps with falling asleep and staying asleep, while magnesium contributes to healthy muscle function for nighttime relaxation support. How to use Adults: Take 1 tablet daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or operate machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner if using for longer than 1 month. For jet lag: For occasional short-term use, take once daily at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling and at your destination, until you have adapted to the new daily pattern. Ingredients Each tablet contains: - Elemental Magnesium (Bisglycinate, citrate, oxide) – 150 mg - Melatonin – 5 mg Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose, modified cellulose gum, hydroxypropyl cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, titanium dioxide, silica. Contains no sugar, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, or preservatives. Warnings Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol and other medications or natural health products with sedative properties when taking this product. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure, immunosuppressive, sedative, hypnotic, psychotropic medications, or steroids. Also consult prior to use if you have cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, immune system or liver disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, hypoglycaemia, or migraines. Consult your healthcare practitioner if insomnia symptoms persist continuously for more than 1 month. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or cramping, and rare allergic reactions may occur. Discontinue use if these occur.
