Description Leukomed is a sterile wound dressing that combines a soft, smooth surface with reliable absorbency. It is individually sealed and sterilised, providing secure wound coverage. Indications: - Post-surgical wound care - Minor injuries such as cuts and grazes The dressing is air- and water-permeable, which supports skin-friendly application and helps lower the risk of maceration. A non-adherent wound pad layer prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound surface, allowing the wound to remain undisturbed. The highly absorbent pad manages wound secretions effectively, making it suitable for wounds with moderate exudate. Leukomed is also radio transparent, so it does not need to be removed for X-ray procedures. Its design allows for straightforward application and quick dressing changes.
