Capsule shell composition: gelatin, glycerin, water and colour (natural caramel). **Description** Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an essential Omega-6 fatty acid present in substantial quantities in vegetable oils such as corn, soya bean and sunflower oil, as well as in milk and meat from ruminant animals. The CLA in MARNYS® Forline CLA is derived from the seeds of *Carthamus tinctorius*, commonly called safflower. This herbaceous plant is native to Egypt and grows well in warm, dry conditions. It is cultivated primarily for its seeds, which serve as a source of edible oil and birdseed. Safflower seed oil contains approximately 70% polyunsaturated linoleic acid and 10% monounsaturated oleic acid, together with minor amounts of stearic acid.
