Med/T Elastic Sacrolumbal Support 6 Stays -3046 Xs/S Description This sacrolumbal support is indicated for the treatment and prevention of degenerative disc disease, intervertebral bulging discs (protrusions greater than 10 mm), and early-stage multiple herniated discs from Th10 to L5. It is also used for radiculopathies, lumbago, sciatica, trauma, and chronic pain in the lumbosacral spine. The brace provides orthopaedic management during midterm and late rehabilitation following lumbar spine injuries, as well as recovery after lumbosacral spine surgeries. It features six built-in stays for moderate fixation of the lower thoracic, lumbar, and upper sacral regions (Th10–L5). The support stabilises spinal joints and ligaments, corrects paravertebral muscle imbalance in the lumbar region, and unloads the joints, ligaments, and muscles of the lower back. It also assists with therapeutic correction of vertebral body dislocation and stabilisation of vertebral bodies following trauma or surgery. The lightweight construction uses breathable net fabric for comfort during extended wear. Six integrated stays distribute pressure to reduce loading on the spine and lower back muscles. Two doubled additional elastic straps enable personalised adjustment of compression and fit.
