Description Menthodex Vapour Rub helps ease breathing with a cooling sensation. Apply a small amount to the chest, throat, back, and under the nose, especially before bedtime. You may also dissolve 2 teaspoons in hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapour for 5–10 minutes. How to use Rub a thin layer onto the chest, throat, back, and below the nose as needed, particularly prior to sleep.
