Description OptiGUT-C is a microbiome supplement developed by nutrition specialists. It combines researched bacterial strains with Inulin (prebiotic fibre), Magnesium, Prune and Calcium. The product is suitable for adults and children aged two years and above. This supplement contains three bacterial species selected to work together: Lactiplantibacillus plantarum, Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacteria animalis subspecies lactis. The bacteria are resistant to bile and gastric acid and have demonstrated colonisation of the microbiome following oral intake. Each teaspoon delivers 15 billion bacteria and 3g of prebiotic fibre.
