Strepsils Honey and Lemon 36S Description Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges combine two antiseptic agents to help ease sore throat discomfort. Each lozenge contains 2,4-Dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2mg and Amylmetacresol 0.6mg in a honey and lemon formulation. This product is suitable for adults and children over six years of age. How to use Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours. Do not take more than 12 lozenges in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose.
