Description Strepsils Extra Triple Action Cherry lozenges provide three functions: pain relief, action against infections and germs, and soothing of sore throats. This range is formulated to reduce the severity of sore throat symptoms. Each lozenge contains Hexylresorcinol, which acts as a local anaesthetic to relieve sore throat pain associated with bacterial and viral causes. Unlike ordinary sweets that may only briefly ease throat irritation, these lozenges deliver targeted soothing, analgesic, and antimicrobial effects.
