Each tablet contains 10 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride, which works by reducing swelling in the nasal passages to ease breathing. This fast-acting formula provides temporary relief from sinus pressure and congestion associated with the common cold, hay fever, and other upper respiratory allergies.
