How to use Use twice daily or as directed by your dentist. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Brush in gentle circular motions, covering all tooth surfaces and the gumline. Use the tongue cleaner on the back of the brush head to clean the tongue. Rinse thoroughly after use. Replace the toothbrush every three months or sooner if bristles become frayed.
